It's the Constitution, Stupid

OCT: "Move to the back of the bus" NOV: "I want your good ideas" The most miraculous conversion since George Wallace

Hopefully those elected won't fall for the whole “bipartisan” trap, . . . again. That's just code for “blame sharing”. Things are going to get worse before they get better, and when they do liberal progressives want to be able to point and say “them, too!”  Which is the entirety of their argument: “Nuh unh! You did.”

The irony that the 10 Amendments that guarantee their right to run for office, be elected and utter as much drivel as they wish are the same 10 Amendments they want (and try) so hard to deny others is not lost on them.

To them the Bill of Rights is a personal convenience when they can speak and be elected. Once in power, or when facing opposition, it becomes the focus of “dangerous extremists”.

Our Bill of Rights is for everyone; liberal, conservative, libertarian, and progressive alike. It's your Constitution, fight for it! Wear an AXA shirt and tell the world, “I may not agree with what you say, but I will always defend your right to say it.”

To borrow a phrase; The Bill of Rights: Protecting Your A$ Since 1789, Whether You Like it or Not.

Murdered by a Mexican drug cartel for not surrendering his home

He Defended His Home Like it Was the Alamo

Editorial Comment:  If all Mexicans had the courage to fight for their country they wouldn't have to steal ours.  This is the same courage our founding fathers found.  A nation full of such men as this would reform their government and set the cartels on their heels in a week.  If only Americans had such fortitude.

A 77-year-old rancher gave drug-cartel thugs the fight of their lives when they tried to take possession of his sprawling property in northern Mexico, becoming a folk hero in a region ravaged by violence.

Alejo Garza Tamez turned his humble farmhouse into a fortress for his last stand -- lining up his numerous hunting rifles in windows and doorways -- after receiving an ultimatum on Nov. 13 from the drug-gang guerrillas to vacate within 24 hours or die.

The lionhearted rancher was ready when two truckloads of heavily armed gang members returned the next morning.

Don't Buy This Shirt

One of the nice things about being the owner of the AXA brand, is that I get to have some wonderful conversations with people from all walks of life.  Generally, I get to either enjoy some time with like minded individuals who appreciate the message AXA wear sends, or I get to educate someone as to the importance, significance, and substance of our Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Then there is the third type of conversation.  Before reading any further, please absorb and understand the following:  If you have a "plan" to survive this or any other economic difficulty by taking the property of others by force or coercion, then for heaven's sake please do NOT buy, accept or wear an AXA shirt.  In other words, if you plan to survive the zombie apocalypse by stealing someone else's food, then I don't want anything to do with you and I don't want you to have anything to do with AXA.

For the rest of you, yes that is a conversation in which I recently had the misfortune of participating.  I met someone who asked me about the AXA shirt I was wearing.  My first impression was that I had met a "fellow traveler", as the commies used to say.  As our discussion went on the IQ of the other participant began to fall precipitously.  At the end, the other person was telling me about all the ammunition they had for all their guns and that they used to stockpile food, but that it was much too much effort to store, transport and rotate (keep fresh) and now, their new end-of-the-world stratagem was going to be to just point their guns at people and take their food and those shirts are awesome, can I buy some?

No.

You may not.

Obviously, this person had no idea that 90% of the rights spelled out in the Bill of Rights are, in fact, property rights.  Granted, this person is a moron, nevertheless, this is a teachable moment.  People don't understand the Constitution and the Bill of Rights because they do not know what they are, what they say, or what they mean.  I am more than happy to answer any question someone might have to the best of my ability and competency, but how do you talk to a person about the Constitution when that person thinks that it is ok to deprive another American of their life, liberty, and property for their own convenience?  We already have a person like that in the White House, stupid.  You just agreed with every corrupt and incompetent thing he's done.

This is the blue herring.  The Progressive Left has balkanized America along racial, religious, economic and even Constitutional lines.  This fool, for example, has been tricked into prioritizing one right (arms) over another (property), without pausing to consider the deeper implication; guns are property.  Property is speech.  Speech is religion.  Religion is freedom.  Divide and conquer isn't limited to the battlefield.  If one freedom falls, so fall they all, and with them the Republic - and time never favors the besieged.

If you are going to stand for your rights, you MUST stand for them all and stand for all Americans.  The enemies of freedom want you to say religion isn't as important as arms.  They want you to say that property rights aren't as important as speech.  By making us choose which liberties we are willing to sacrifice, they identify our weaknesses and know where they can attack and how to turn us against one another.

Do Not Obey

All that stands between freedom and slavery,
All that stands between prosperity and desperation,
All that stands between hope and desolation,
All that stands between civilization and civil war,
Are our God given rights.

We must never trade our God given rights to those who think they have been given the right to act like gods.
We must never be fooled into prioritizing or commoditizing our rights.
We must never allow ourselves to forget, for no one else is qualified to teach.
We must never let others decide who we are, what we believe, or what we are worth.

Our rights come from God; no man may take them away, only deny them.
Our rights are earned; they can not be stolen, only devalued.
Our rights are an inheritance; they must be guarded, invested and bequeathed.
Our rights are cohesive; none will stand if any one is allowed to fall.

It is not our duty to make the world safe for democracy; our rights, rather, are what make the world tenable for us.  Should we ever forget that, or take it for granted, we risk losing the last refuge of mankind on this Earth; and once gone, there is nowhere else to go.

Each time you give Authority permission to do something for you, you give it permission to take something from you.  Eventually, Authority stops asking permission.

There are those who do not know; we must teach them.
There are those who do not care; we must enlighten them.

We are unashamed.  We are unafraid.  We are unchained.  We speak the truth in love.

We are Americans.

Made in the USA?

We are proud to say that AXA© shirts are made in the USA, but are they really?  We certainly design, print and distribute in America, but the shirts we print on are not grown, woven or sewn here.

We've looked at shirts made here in America, but each time we find a potential source, it turns out that "Made in the USA" is just code language for environmentalist, social justice, unionized, pro-Obama, illegal immigrant labor.

If you know where we can buy American made shirts, without supporting every left-wing socialist cause under the sun, PLEASE, email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and let us know.
